This is a 747-400 that is hanging over the main lobby of the training facility.  It's been around a long time, hanging in various Boeing training offices.  It's currently configured as a 747-400, but was originally built as a "standard" 747.  As the new models of 747 arrived, this 1/10th scale model was updated each time.
 
 

Here is another shot of this fine model.  At 1/10th scale it's pretty big.  The model weighs about 1800 pounds.
